Deliveries:

Our aim is to Send out via the delivery method chosen each Working Day.

​

Our aim is that the products will be processed 1-3 Working days

​

We offer different delivery options

​

Courier aim is 3-5 days delivery

​

While we try our best to send out orders as fast as possible sometimes due to the amount of orders

your order may not go out the next day however it  will be processed as soon as we can get to it. 

​

Orders are processed in numerical order.

​

1. We Now offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 but please note this is not a

next day delivery service as we need to process the order. 

Orders after 12.00 pm will be processed the following day unless we can fit it into that afternoon

Orders after Friday 12.00pm will be processed on the following Monday.

2. Please ensure you have allowed ample time for delivery and the possibilities of delayed deliveries

Once the parcel leaves us it is under the care of the delivery company.

​

3. Delays will still happen and if your parcel has not arrived after 7 working days of dispatch email please contact us via email juniquevinyls@gmail.com stating order number and tracking details and we will chase the couriers for more information.

​

4. In the event a parcel is lost by the couriers we will send out your order again, please note that we cannot send out until the couriers have admitted the loss which could take 7 - 14 days from our enquiry. or 10 days passed the original expected delivery by Royal Mail.

5. If you are in need of the order faster than the terms set out in paragraph 4 then it is recommended that you place another order, Once the original order is delivered you can then keep it or return it for a refund, If it is admitted by the couriers as a loss then your order will be refunded.

​

6. Mistakes do Happen and if you receive an incorrect order then due care to the product is expected by yourselves. Please contact us by email and we will look to rectify this, If you are requested to return the parcel then we will arrange to pay for this cost however we would need tracking proof of the parcel returning to us before we send out the new order.
