Returns Policy:
This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store
operated by Junique Vinyls.

All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information,
Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
​
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it,and it must be in the original packaging.
​
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days
from the day you receive your goods.
​
To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
​
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable
care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless
we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged) as soon as possible
once you have cancelled the order.

Once the goods are received by us we will then examine for any damage and will refund undamaged items accordingly.
​
You will be eligible for a refund of the costs of the products returned.
If the return is due our error then we will also refund the standard delivery cost.
If you upgraded to special delivery you are not eligible for a refund of the extra charges.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if
you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be
refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of The Goods returned to us.

If a product has been sent in error we may ask for the item to be returned at our cost
You Have 14 days to notify us of incorrect item/s after this time we will deem the order as
accepted.

If you have received your order and claim that you have a missing item(s). You have 14 days from
delivered date to raise this by email juniquevinyls@gmail.com.

we will only refund the cost of the products purchased and not any incremental costs from your
use of our products.
​
If your product was purchased using the 'pinky points' loyalty scheme these items are not
refundable as the 'pinky points' have no monetary value outside of the shop products.
​
Damaged Items: You must inform us by email within 14 Days of any damaged items and send pictures of the product. You must also take photos of the external packaging if that is also showing damage.
Replacements will be at Junique Vinyls Discretion. The damaged vinyl needs to be at the size it was delivered, if it has been used then that action has deemed it as accepted.
After 14 Days we will deem the order as accepted.

If any product has been incorrectly priced due to a shop site error and this has been spotted before the order has been sent we reserve the right to cancel the order,
We will try to contact you to discuss any pricing errors to agree alternative product/price/size before cancelling the order.

Mistakes do Happen and if you receive an incorrect order then due care to the product is expected by yourselves. Please contact us by email and we will look to rectify this, If you are requested to return the parcel then we will arrange to pay for this cost however we would need tracking proof of the parcel returning to us before we send out the new order.

14 days of receiving your order and repack securely in packaging and mail your return to the
